Customer Success Manager
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Turquoise! In this pivotal role, You will interact directly with parents of prospective and current students. Your primary responsibility will be to guide potential clients through the decision-making process, Provide comprehensive descriptions of our course and lesson offerings, And answer any questions or concerns our customers may have. Your efforts will ensure that our clients receive the support and information they need to succeed in their educational endeavors.
Basic tasks
- Interacting with parents of potential students via WhatsApp, phone, email and social media to introduce our courses and assist them in the selection process.
- Providing detailed insights about our courses, Including curriculum details, duration, price and registration details.
- Address inquiries and concerns of current students, This ensures a smooth and enriching learning experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers to develop our courses and customer service practices.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve communication strategies and course offerings based on customer interactions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Able to build strong relationships with diverse clients.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of inquiries and tasks with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or similar role is a big plus.
- Knowledge of educational technology and e-learning platforms.
